2. No Guarantee of Access Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee account activation or platform access. All requests must complete the full onboarding, review, and approval process. H.I.V.E. reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

3. Platform Services H.I.V.E. offers access to a full white label CRM and marketing platform, virtual assistant (VA) support, and business resources. Services are subject to availability and your selected plan.

4. Approval & Onboarding Approval timelines may vary and are not guaranteed. Once approved, access to the platform is contingent upon completion of onboarding and compliance with all applicable policies.

5. Virtual Assistant Services VA services are offered as a supplemental resource and are not guaranteed with every plan. Availability is subject to capacity and scheduling.

6. Payment & Billing All fees are due as outlined in your selected plan. H.I.V.E. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

7. Termination H.I.V.E. reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these terms.
